1. Service Description
Darchow is a geopolitical intelligence platform that aggregates public open-source data and produces AI-generated briefings with mechanical escalation scoring. All source data is publicly available. No classified material is used.
2. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. API keys must not be shared with other users or organizations.
3. Tiers and Billing
The Free tier is available without payment. Pro ($180/month) and Enterprise ($2,000/month) subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Tier limits are defined in the platform and may change with notice.
4. Disclaimer
Darchow briefings are not financial, military, or policy advice. Escalation scores are mechanical outputs of a weighted formula — they are not guarantees of accuracy and should not be the sole basis for any decision.
5. Content Accuracy
The platform ingests public data sources that may contain errors, delays, or gaps. Admiralty grades reflect source verification confidence, not ground truth.
6. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits by tier. Violations result in key revocation. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
7. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Refund eligibility for prepaid Pro or Enterprise periods is at our discretion.
8. Jurisdiction

9. Changes
